 Tourist Influx in Oriental Negros

The color of this province may have become lighter and lighter. Look everywhere and you'll surely realize that the usual brown is now cream. Confused? Well, that's just the way I speak my mind... this is a riddle... yeah... a RIDDLE! Read on and make sure you'll take note on every chunk of words on this topic hehehe! Anyway, I am actually referring to all foreigners coming in our province and passively announcing their presence.

A recent survey was conducted by a reputable magazine in U.S. called Island Magazine stating Negros Oriental as one of the Top 20 Best Islands to live in. It bears an emphasis on the tranquil beauty of our very own Rizal Boulevard of Dumaguete City.

What? Really? How is that possible? Well, yes... Oriental Negros is in that list whether you like it or not hehehe! But yeah, it sounds surreal. They based their conclusion with a couple of key elements. The following are among of those: climate, languages spoken, and accessibility to the hospital.

The way I see the picture, it's actually a direct contrary to what most people would commonly understand... the seemingly "7-wonders-magnificence" factor. But this is another issue. Nevertheless, this is something that Negrenses should really be proud of. Oriental Negros is a great province, not to mention, the array of prestigious universities she can offer. Dumaguete is called University Town for nothing! Wait... I think I am misleading the main topic... my apologies!

Back to foreigners. Yes, it is now very evident that our tourism has achieved that significant figure wherein the trend of the number of toursts has gone higher. Need proof... just stroll around... you'll see. ;)

I can name a couple of probable reasons why Oriental Negros is such a "tourist bait" for foreigners. First, the gentle people. Second, hey, we're good english speakers! Third, simplicity of lifestyle. Fourth, the very affordable (for foreigners) lots. And lastly, the beaches.

Needless to say, Oriental Negros, is in fact, the best "part" of an island to live in. There, I have already given out the clues for my riddle... you got it?
